Description - CIGAR LIGHTER / CURRENT SOCKET - Fiat DOBLO 1.9 JTD 8V da 12/03
There is a cigar lighter on the right of the ashtray. It has a ring nut which is lit up when the side lights are on.To operate the cigar lighter, simply press the knob: after a few seconds it pops out automatically, ready for use.On the left of the ashtray, on the other hand, there is an additional current socket which can be used for connecting instruments or equipment operating at 12 V.The circuit for the cigar lighter and the current socket is protected by a special fuse and controlled by an ignition-operated cut-out relay located in the junction unit under the dashboard.The sockets are only supplied when the ignition is switched ON.

Both the current socket in the dashboard P51 and the cigar lighter/current socket P50 receive a supply from the relay R12 via a line protected by fuse F44 both housed in the junction unit under the dashboard B02 . This line comes out of the control unit from pin 9 connector E and enters at pin 2 of P51 and pin 2 of P50 .
