For safety reasons, it is not permitted to travel with the seats in the second row tilted and the seats in the third row fitted in normal service position: in particular, if the middle seat in the second row is tilted with the third row seat in normal position, a buzzer sounds to warn that the travelling position is incorrect on start-up (key ON).It is absolutely forbidden to travel with the seats in the second row tilted and passengers seated in the third row (as indicated on the seat plate).The seat position indicator device circuit is protected by a special fuse located in the under-dashboard control unit.
Ignition-operated power supply (INT) protected by fuse F49 of under-dashboard control unit B02 reaches the incorrect second row seat position indication switch I141 (N.O.).The incorrect third row seat position indication switch I142 (N.C.) is connected in line with the incorrect second row seat position indication switch I141. when the seats in the second row are tilted and the seats in the third row are in normal position, switch I141 supplies power to incorrect seat position indication buzzer E81.Buzzer E81 is connected to left rear earth C30.
