Description - BRAKE LIGHTS - Fiat DOBLO 1.9 JTD 8V da 12/03
The brake lights are located at the rear in the side lights and in the central third brake light.All three bulbs are operated whenever the brake pedal is pressed, by means of a switch on the pedal itself. The centre light is operated directly, whilst the two side ones are managed by the body computer.The circuit is supplied with the ignition switched ON and is protected by a fuse, in the junction unit under the facia.A braking signal is also sent from the switch to the ABS, through the vehicle electric control system, which detects braking status and therefore introduces braking control.

The activation signal for the brake lights leaves switch I30 whose supply is controlled by the ignition via the connection between the ignition switch H01 and pin 11 connector E of the junction unit under the dashboard B02 . The line is protected by fuse F37 housed in the same junction unit ( B02 ).
