Description - RADIO - Fiat DOBLO 1.9 JTD 8V da 12/03
The vehicle can be fitted with a radio system, available on request.The system consists of the following components:radio (CD / cassette player);radio supply cables;two front speakers located in the doors and two in the dashboard;two rear speakers;leads connecting the radio to the speakers;aerial;
aerial coaxial cable.The radio system is equipped with a protocol for communicating with the electronic unit which manages the electrical equipment (body computer).When the radio is activated, the body computer reads the radio code and determines whethe to turn it on or not.The radio circuit is supplied with the key turned to the ON position, or directly from the battery (which allows tuning settings, security codes, etc. to be stored).The two supply lines are protected by three fuses, two of which are housed in the junction unit under the dashboard and the third in the junction unit in the engine compartment.

The operation of the radio system P20 is controlled by the body computer by the lines leaving pins 5 and 17 connector E of the junction unit B02 and entering at pins 1 and 3 connector A of the radio P20 , respectively.The radio is supplied directly (pin 7 connector A) by the battery via the line for fuse F2 housed in the engine compartment junction unit B01 and protected by fuse F39 of the junction unit under the dashboard B02 .The radio P20 receives a supply controlled by the ignition (INT) (pin 4 connector A) via the line for fuse F49 of the junction unit under the dashboard B02 .The radio P20 receives the supply from pin 6 connector A for the interior lighting via the line controlled by the body computer M01 and protected bu fuse F51 of junction unit B02 .Connector B of the radio sends out cables with signals for the following speakers:right front in the dashboard P38 and in the door P36 from pins 3 and 4 via the short circuit coupling D97 D;left front in the dashboard P37 and in the door P35 from pins 5 and 6 via the short circuit coupling D97 D ;right rear P31 from pins 1 and 2;left rear P30 from pins 7 and 8.
Pin 5 connector A is connected to the aerial amplifier P25, whilst pin 8 connector A is earthed.The speaker P38 has the twin coil configuration when the preparation for a cell phone is fitted.The body computer is supplied via pin 11 connector E (supply controlled by the ignition) and pin A connector C (direct supply) of the junction unit B02 . There is a protective fuse F1 for the direct supply located in the junction unit B01 .Pins 8 and 9 connector D of the body computer are connected to earth.JUNCTION UNIT
