The vehicle is equipped with a white reversing light located in the rear bumpers, on the right.It is activated each time reverse gear is engaged: this information is received via a switch located on the outside of the gear casing.The reversing light circuit is supplied by an ignition-operated relay and protected by a fuse in the engine compartment control unit.The reverse engagement signal is also acquired by the engine control unit, sent via the CAN network to the Body Computer, which forwards the information to the parking etc. sensor control unit for automatic rear wiper operationIn the provision for aftermarket navigation system wiring, the information is sent directly via an appropriate line

The switch for the reversing lights I20 receives a supply controlled by the ignition (INT) from fuse line F59 and relay T6. this is an "ignition-operated" supply controlled from pin 1 of connector A of M1.IBody Computer M1 - connector G - is supplied directly by the battery from a line protected by maxifuse F2 of engine compartment control unit B1; it is suppiled via the ignition (INT) at pin 32 of connector D; pin 10 of connector H of M1 supplies a reference earth to the Body Computer.When reverse gear is engaged, the switch closes and sends a power supply to the reversing light in tail-light F33The reverse engagement signal is acquired by the engine control unit M10 and forwarded via the CAN to the Body Computer and other affected nodes
