The vehicle is equipped with two rear fog lights located in the rear light clusters.The rear fog lamps are activated via the special ring nut control on the stalk unit (steering wheel node); when the lights are on, the warning light in the instrument panel comes on.The switching on of the rear fog lamp is managed by the Body Computer; it is activated by:
The command for switching on the rear fog lamps is sent by the steering wheel node M093 via the CAN line (pins 1 and 3 of connector A) to the body computer node M001 (to pins 5 and 3 of connector G respectively).The steering wheel node control unit M093 receives a power supply (pin 5 connector A and pin 4 connector D) from the Body computer node M001 (pin 11 connector B and pin 1 connector G respectively) via two lines only the second of which is protected by fuse F04.Once the command is received, the Body computer node M001 provides a power supply:- at pin 5 of the right rear light F031, from pin 4 (connector H);- at pin 5 of the left rear light F031, from pin 12 (connector H).The switching on of the warning light is managed by the milometer warning lights node M140 which communicates via the CAN E1050 (pins 2 and 5) with the instrument panel E050 (pins 6 and 12) and the body computer node M001 (pins 8 and 10 connector D).The instrument panel E050 (pin 13) and the Milometer warning lights node M140 (pin 4) receive a power supply from pin 6 of connector D of the Body computer node M001.
