The body computer node controls the operation of the driver''s and passenger side rear electric window motors.The electric windows for the sliding rear doors are activated either by means of the switches located on the driver''s front door or through those on each of the rear doors.The electric rear windows are manually operated (the glass only moves up or down when the button is pressed).For safety reasons, a special "locking" button, located on the driver''s front door, allows the power supply to the switches on the rear doors to be cut off (in addition to opening/closing the sliding doors < R1 > and the opening rear roofs < R2 > to prevent operated, for example if children are present.The rear electric windows are also equipped with an anti-crush safety system. the control unit is capable of detecting the presence of obstacles whilst the window is closing by means of the anti-crush sensors: in this case, the system interrupts the travel of the window and reverses the direction immediately.With the key in position S, the windows remain activated for around 1 minute.If the remote control button is pressed in order to activate the "passenger compartment ventilation" function: the front and rear side windows open completely to allow the introduction of outside air into the passenger compartment
Operational Description - ELECTRIC REAR WINDOWS - Fiat ULYSSE 2.2 16V JTD fino a 04/03
The electric motors for the rear windows N065 and N066 are supplied at pin 3 of the body computer node M001 (pin 8 connector F) by the line protected by fuse F15 housed inside the actual control unit.The command for opening/closing the windows is given by the switches H053 (left) and H054 (right). The switches receive the lighting supply from the body computer node M001 (pin 12 connector L) from pin 2, whilst pin 5 is connected to earthThe signal for opening the window is supplied from pin 6 of the switch units H053 and H054 to motors N065 and N066 at pin 6. The same signal is also supplied to the body computer node M001, at pin 19 and 9 of connector L.The signal for closing the window is supplied from pin 3 of the switch units H053 and H054 to motors N065 and N066 at pin 6. The same signal is also supplied to the body computer node M001, at pin 20 and 10 of connector L.The door node M066 receives a supply from the body computer node at pin 16 connector A from the line protected by fuse F09; a supply is received via the CAN (pin 1 connector A) from the line protected by fuse F04 of the body computer M001. It is connected to the body computer node via the CAN at pins 21, 23 of connector L of M001.It is possible to disable the opening/closing of the rear windows, using the driver''s front switch unit H051, by pressing the special switch housed in the unit. The signal is supplied from pin 2 connector B of H051 to pin 11 connector A of the door node M066. The door node M066 informs the body computer node M001, via the CAN, of the command to exclude the rear windows. The body computer node M001 disables the command coming for switches H053 and H054 from pins 19 and 20.
