The vehicle may be equipped with three electric sun roofs - front, centre and rear - that can be activated using the control buttons but only with the key in position M.With the key in position S, the roof controls remain activated for around 1 minute. The roofs are equipped with a sliding sun blind and safety system with anti-crush seals: the control unit is capable of detecting the presence of any obstacles whilst the glass is closing; in such a case the system stops the movement of the glass and reverses it immediately.769 After the battery has been disconnected, if the roof does not work when the closing control is operated, the system must be initialized: release the control and operate it a second time until the roof is completely closed, keeping it activated for more than a second after the end of travel position has been reached; the system is capable of resuring normal operation. There are two control switches at the front:
The controls for the centre sun roof N155 and the rear sun roof N156 receive a supply (pin 6) from the lines for fuses F35 and F34, respectively, located in the additional fuse box B098 (pin G35 and G43 connector B).The control unit for the front sun roof N036 receives a power supply (pin 6) from the Body computer node M001 (pin 10 connector F).Pins 1 and 8 of N155, 1 and 7 of N156 and 1 of N036 are earthed, like pin 5 of switches I120, I121 and I122.The electric motors M036, N155 and N156 (pins 4 and 10) interface with the CAN communicating with the Body computer node M001 (pins 36 and 36 connector I); the latter (pin 3 connector F) also ensures their power supply (pin 5) through a line protected by fuse F14.The three sun roofs are opened and closed via switches H061, I120, I121 and I122.Switch H061 controls the opening/closing of the front sun roof N036. Pin 2 receives a positive signal coming from pin 2 of the sun roof motor N036. By pressing the switch in position A, a signal is sent from pin 3 of H061 to pin 3 of N036, controlling the opening of the roof. In position B, the signal is sent from pin 6 of H061 to pin 9 of N036, controlling the closing of the sun roof.Switch I120 controls the opening/closing of the centre sun roof N155. Pin 2 receives a positive signal coming from pin 2 of the sun roof motor N155. By pressing the switch in position A, a signal is sent from pin 3 of I120 to pin 3 of N155, controlling the opening of the roof. In position B, the signal is sent from pin 6 of I120 to pin 9 of N155, controlling the closing of the sun roof.Switch I121 controls the opening/closing of the rear sun roof N156. Pin 2 receives a positive signal coming from pin 2 of the sun roof motor N156. By pressing the switch in position A, a signal is sent from pin 3 of I121 to pin 3 of N156, controlling the opening of the roof. In position B, the signal is sent from pin 6 of I121 to pin 9 of N156, controlling the closing of the sun roof.Switch I122 controls the opening/closing of both the centre sun roof N155 and the rear sun roof N156.A positive signal is supplied by pin 2 of the rear sun roof N036 to pin 2 of the actual switch.Pressing the switch in position A sends a signal from pin 3 of I122 at pin 3 of the centre sun roof motor N155 and from pin 1 of I122 to pin 3 of the rear sun roof motor M156, controlling the opening of both.Pressing the switch in position B sends a signal from pin 6 of I122 at pin 9 of the centre sun roof motor N155 and from pin 4 of I122 to pin 9 of the rear sun roof motor M156, controlling the closing of both.Using the driver''s front switches H051, it is possible to disable both the opening/closing of the rear windows and the controls for the centre and rear roofs. The signal is supplied from pin 2 connector B of H051 to pin 18 connector A of the door node M066. The latter informs the Body computer node M001 (pins 38 and 36 connector I), via the CAN line (pins 19 and 20 connector A), of the exclusion of the rear roofs and windows.
