The vehicle can be fitted with electrically adjustable front seatsa button adjusts the lengthwise movement (forwards/backwards) and height adjustment;a button adjusts the backrest;Each of the adjustments is carried out by a specific electric motor.The backrest lumbar setting can be mechanically adjusted on the driver''s seat.The adjustments can be made with the ignition key in position M and for about 1 minute after the key is turned to position S.The circuit for each seat is protected by a specific fuse, located in the additional fuse box.

Operational Description - ELECTRICALLY-ADJUSTABLE SEATS - Fiat ULYSSE 2.2 16V JTD fino a 04/03

The electric adjustment of the front seats is operated by specific switches, housed in the seats, H066 and H067 and controlled by two specific relays J139 and J140 also housed in the seats.The body computer node M001 provides the CAN supply, via two specific relays, housed inside and the line protected by fuse F01, to the relay J139 and J140 coils at pin 1 which is thereby energized. The relays receive a power supply, at pin 3, from the lines protected by fuses F32 and F36, located in the additional fuse box B098, which is then sent from pin 5 to the switches H066 and H067, pin 3; pin 4 is earthed.The switches H066 and H067 operate the electric motors, from pins 5 and 6, for adjusting the position of the backrest: motors N132 and N135, respectively. The motors for adjusting the lengthwise position of the seat, N127 and N130, are operated from pins 1 and 2.
