DescriptionThe vehicle is equipped with a reversing light located at therear in the right light cluster.It is operated each time reverse gear isengaged through the special switch on the outside of the gearboxcasing.The reversing light circuit is suppliedwith the ignition key in the ON position (INT/A) and is protectedby a special fuse in the underdashboard control unit. Functional description The switch for the reversing lights I20 is supplied whenthe ignition is switched on (INT/A) from the line protected by fuseF31for the junction unit B2 under the facia. When reverse gear is engaged, the switchcloses and send the supply to the reversing light in the right rearlight cluster F31, directly via the junction unit B2 - pin 8connector D. The reversing light activation signal issent to the Body Computer M1 - pin 3 of connector F - andfrom there to the steering column switch unit H5 to turnon the rear wiper 2427957SeeE3021REAR WINDOW WASH/WIPE automatically;it is also sent to the parking sensor control unit M84 SeeE3090 PARKING SENSOR frompin 8 connector D of junction unit B2.
