DescripcionA peticion, el vehiculo puede equiparse con luces de cruce con lamparas al xenon.La iluminacion que proporciona este tipo de lamparas es sensiblemente superior a la de las lamparas convencionales, tanto en calidad de la luz como en amplitud del area iluminada.La gran luminosidad que producen este tipo de faros hace indispensable el empleo de un sistema automatico para mantener constante la alineacion de los faros e impedir deslumbrar a los demas vehiculos.La instalacion de regulacion orientacion faros consta de:sensor de orientacion anterior montado en la suspension delantera lado izquierdo;sensor de orientacion posterior montado en la suspension trasera lado izquierdo;una centralita de control;dos actuadores montados en los grupos opticos delanteros;cableados especificos para conectar los distintos componentes.La alimentacion de la instalacion control faros al xenon se efectua con luces de posicion encendidas y se protege con un fusible de la centralita de derivacion.
Descripcion del funcionamiento La alimentacion del sistema de regulacion orientacion faros al xenon se proporciona, solo con luces de posicion encendidas, al pin 16 de la centralita M87 y a los pin 1 de los actuadores N30 y N31 desde el conmutador luces exteriores H6 , que a su vez recibe la alimentacion bajo llave (INT/A) en el pin 10 a traves del fusible F5 de la centralita de derivacion B1 . La centralita M87 se conecta a la masa C30 con el pin 1, en cambio los pin 4 de los actuadores N30 y N31 se conectan respectivamente a las masas C10 y C13 . La centralita M87 con los pin 14 (positivo) y 9 (masa) alimenta ambos sensores de orientacion K28 y K29 en los pin 3 (positivo) y 1 (masa). Los sensores K28 y K29 proporcionan a su vez en salida, desde el pin 2, la senal de orientacion que llega a la centralita M87 respectivamente a los pin 13 (orientacion delantera) y 12 (orientacion trasera). El mando de los actuadores N30 y N31 (motores paso-paso) se efectua con dos senales especiales: una senal de direccion (arriba o abajo), que transmite la centralita M87 a traves del pin 17 a los pin 3 de los actuadores y una senal por impulsos (recorrido), enviada desde el pin 18 de la centralita M87 a los pin 2 de los actuadores. La centralita M87 tambien se conecta con el pin 11 a la toma R10 para la diagnosis del sistema y con el pin 15 al tablero de instrumentos para encender el testigo averia luces si se detecta un funcionamiento anomalo en el sistema.
