Privacy Policy
Effective from 11 September 2026
This Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use
portal-diagnostov.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what
rights you have. We keep it short and specific: it describes what this
website actually does, not what a template says.
1. Who we are
We operate this website and decide how the personal data described below
is processed. For any question about your data, write to the address above —
that mailbox is read by a person.
2. What we collect
- Email address — you enter it to sign in. We sign you
in with a one-time code sent to that address, so the address has to be
real and it identifies your account and your purchases.
- Name and profile picture — only if you choose to sign
in with Google. We receive them from Google together with your verified
email address. We never receive your Google password.
- Phone number — only if you give it to us yourself.
- Purchase and access records — which vehicle a payment
opened access to, order number, date and amount.
- Payment status — we receive from our payment provider
the fact that a payment succeeded or failed, the amount and the last
digits of the card. We never receive or store full card
numbers. Card details are entered on the payment provider's form
and never reach our servers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type,
pages opened, dates and times. Web servers record this automatically.
- Cookies — see section 9.
3. Why we use it
- to sign you in and keep you signed in;
- to give you access to the wiring diagrams you paid for, for as long as
your account exists — access is sold once and is not time-limited;
- to take payment and to send you the receipt;
- to answer your questions in support;
- to detect and prevent fraud and abuse of paid access;
- to see which pages are used and where the site fails, so we can fix
it.
4. On what legal basis
- Performance of a contract — signing you in, giving
access to what you bought, taking payment, support.
- Legitimate interest — security of the service, fraud
prevention, keeping server logs.
- Your consent — analytics and marketing cookies. You
give it in the cookie banner and can withdraw it at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to anyone for their own
marketing. We share it only with the services that make this website work:
- Stripe — payment processing. Receives the amount,
order number and your email address for the receipt.
- PayPal — payment processing, where you choose it.
- Google — if you sign in with Google, and Google
Analytics (G-CG6J69LDDL) for usage statistics.
- Yandex — Yandex Metrica (counter 57528007) for usage
statistics, and Yandex Cloud as our hosting and email provider.
These companies process the data under their own privacy policies and only
for the purpose we pass it to them for.
6. Where it is processed
The website runs on servers rented from Yandex Cloud, in data centres
located in Russia. Payment data is processed by Stripe and PayPal on their own
infrastructure, outside our servers.
7. How long we keep it
- Account and purchase records — while your account
exists. Access to purchased material is lifetime, so we have to keep the
record of what you bought in order to keep giving you that access.
- Payment records — as required by accounting and tax
rules.
- Server logs — a short period, then they are deleted
automatically.
If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data, and
with it the access you bought. That cannot be undone.
8. Your rights
- to know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- to have it corrected;
- to have it deleted;
- to withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time;
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Write to support@portal-diagnostov.com
from the address your account is registered to. We answer within 30 days.
9. Cookies
We use two kinds:
- Necessary — they keep you signed in and remember your
cookie choice. Without them the site cannot work, so they are set without
asking.
- Analytics — Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica. They
are set only after you agree in the banner.
You can change your choice at any time in the cookie banner, or delete
cookies in your browser settings.
10. How we protect it
- all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS);
- passwords are stored hashed, and sign-in normally works without a
password at all — by a one-time code or through Google;
- administrative access is restricted by IP address and SSH keys;
- card details never reach our servers;
- regular backups and security logging.
11. Children
The site is intended for professional and adult users. We do not knowingly
collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us
personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and change
the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be announced on the
site.
