The door node control units control the operation of the driver and passenger side front electric window motors. The electric motors for the front windows are incorporated in the door nodes.Information on the current position of the windows and the opening/closing commands through the operation of the remote control is provided via the CAN.The driver''s electric window is equipped with a device (which operates when the engine is started) that works continuously according to the following logic:if the button is pressed is between 60 and 300 milliseconds, operation is manual. the glass goes up/down only with the key pressed;f the key is pressed for longer than 300 milliseconds, operation is automatic: even if the button is released, the glass continues to move up/down until the end of travel position is reached or until the intervention of the anti-crush safety system (if fitted);pressing the button again whilst the window is moving stops it in the position it is in;if the button is pressed for less than 60 milliseconds, this is ignored (it is treated as an accidental knock).The electric windows are equipped with an anti-crush safety system: the control unit in the door is capable of detecting the presence of any obstacles whilst the window is closing by means of anti-crush safety sensors: in this case, the system interrupts the travel of the window and reverses the direction immediately.If the remote control button is pressed in order to activate the "passenger compartment ventilation" function: the front and rear side windows open completely to allow the introduction of outside air into the passenger compartment.769After the battery has been disconnected, if the electric windows do not work when there is an attempt to close them, the system must be initialized: release the control and operate it a second time until the roof is completely closed, keeping it activated for more than a second after the end of travel position has been reached: in this way regular operation will be resumed.With the key in position S, the windows remain activated for around 1 minute.

Operational Description - ELECTRIC FRONT WINDOWS - Fiat ULYSSE 2.2 16V JTD fino a 04/03

The electric motors for the front windows are incorporated in the door nodes M066 and M067.The door nodes M066 and M067 are supplied by the body computer node at pin 16 connector from the line protected by fuse F09.The door nodes M066 and M067 receive a supply via the CAN (pin 1 connector A) from the line protected by fuse F04 of the body computer M001.The body computer node M001 also communicates with the door nodes M066 and M067 via the CAN, namely from pins 21, 23 and 24, 26, connector L to pins 14, 3 connector A of the driver''s door node M066 and the passenger door node M067.Information on the current position of the windows and the opening/closing commands through the operation of the remote control is provided via the CAN.It is possible to open/close the two front electric windows using the driver''s side switch H051. The supply for the lighting is provided by the driver''s door node M066 from pin 15 connector A, the earth from pin 9 connector A; the control unit M066 receives the window activation signal at pins 4 and 5 of connector A.The command for opening/closing the passenger side window also takes place through the switch H050; the supply for the lighting is provided by node M067 from pin 15 connector A which receives the window activation signal at pins 4 and 5 of connector A.The door nodes M066 and M067 are connected and communicate with the body computer node M001, at pins 21, 23, 24, 26 of connector L
