DescripcionLa instalacion electrica se ha disenado y realizado para aumentar el nivel de seguridad del vehiculo, previniendo posibles incendios y otras consecuencias de funcionamientos erroneos electricos y reduciendo los defectos en las conexiones gracias al empleo de conectores de ultima generacion.La distribucion de la potencia se efectua mediante las centralitas de derivacion y/o los portafusibles, conectados a los componentes de control (rele y actuadores estaticos), para asegurar el nivel maximo de proteccion electrica y el nivel minimo de complejidad del cableado.El reparto de las funciones entre los conectores y la sustitucion de las soldaduras por empalmes de tipo cortocircuitantes favorecen la realizacion modular (por composicion de subsistemas) de todos los haces de cables.Las principales soluciones de seguridad empleadas son:alimentaciones protegidas por maxifusibles para la interrupcion de la instalacion electrica, en caso de cortocircuito, inmediatamente despues de la bateria (ver detalle a continuacion);los unicos cables excluidos de los maxifusibles (motor de arranque y alternador) estan acorazados y se ubican en zonas protegidas.se optimiza el trazado de toda la instalacion para asi reducir los riesgos de danos en caso de averia o accidente.el tendido de los cables se ha optimizado reduciendo las colocaciones erroneas y los ruidos por vibracion;todos los cables tienen una alta resistencia a la abrasionen el compartimiento del motor los cables son de tipo especial, resistentes a las altas temperaturas y protegidos por fundas o tubos.los cables del habitaculo se protegen con tubos o con cinta afelpada para reducir el ruidolas conexiones principales emplean dispositivos antiextraccion de los terminales (secondary lock) y cierre de seguridad (lever lock) que evitan cualquier deformacion de los terminales.Todos los sistemas y las instalaciones electricas se alimentan con la bateria a una tension de 12 V. Las principales lineas de alimentacion estan protegidas por 'maxifusibles', reunidos en una caja situada directamente en el terminal positivo de la bateria y conectados directamente a este.La caja contiene los siguientes 'maxifusibles' denominados segun los circuitos que protegen:CVM : alimentacion de la centralita de derivacion del compartimiento del motorCPL: alimentacion de la centralita de derivacion bajo el salpicaderoIGN: alimentacion del conmutador de arranqueAlgunos circuitos se alimentan continuamente, incluso con vehiculo detenido y sin la llave puesta, al estar conectados directamente a la bateria.Otros circuitos se alimentan al girar la llave del conmutador de arranque a las varias posiciones:introduciendo y girando la llave a la primera posicion se pone en MAR y se alimentan numerosos circuitos que se definen de hecho 'bajo llave' (lineas 'INT' y '15/54');la segunda posicion - posicion ARR - alimenta en cambio el motor de arranque; (linea '50')., desconectando por otra parte algunos circuitos (los que consumen mayor potencia) garantizando asi el maximo flujo de corriente al motor; (linea 'INT/A').en cambio al sacar la llave girandola en sentido inverso (y apretando el correspondiente pulsador) se introduce la posicion PARK que alimenta las luces de posicion incluso sin la llave puesta (linea 'POS')3034882ConsultarE2010LUCES DE POSICION / MATRICULA].767las lineas a traves de las que se distribuye la alimentacion a los varios servicios se representan en los esquemas electricos correspondientes a las diferentes funciones e instalaciones.En este esquema general se muestran todas las lineas asi como salen de la bateria y de las cajas maxifusibles, remitiendo a los esquemas especificos para mas detalles.
Descripcion del funcionamiento Todos los sistemas y las instalaciones electricas se alimentan con la bateria A1 . Las principales lineas de alimentacion estan protegidas por la caja 'maxifusibles' B99 que contiene los fusibles denominados segun los circuitos protegidos:CVM : alimentacion de la centralita de derivacion del compartimiento del motor B1 , al conector X;CPL: alimentacion de la centralita de derivacion bajo el salpicadero B2, al pin A del conector C;IGN: alimentacion del conmutador de arranque H1, pin 2 del conector AOtros circuitos se alimentan al girar la llave del conmutador de arranque H1 a las varias posiciones:en posicion MAR se alimentan multiples circuitos y servicios 'bajo llave' protegidos (lineas 'INT' y '15/54'): pin 2 del conector B y 1 del conector A;en posicion ARR se alimenta el motor de arranque; (linea '50')3035139ConsultarE5010ARRANQUE Y RECARGA; en esta posicion se desconectan algunos circuitos (linea 'INT/A'): 1 del conector B;en posicion PARK se alimentan las luces de posicion (lineas 'POS'): 3 del conector B;

Respetar la siguienteadvertencia.769En las baterias con dispositivo hidrometrooptico se puede controlar, al menos cualitativamente, el nivelde electrolito y el estado de carga de la bateria, en funcion delcolor del indicador optico: un color claro y brillante indica un nivelde electrolito insuficiente: hay que rellenar con agua destilada;un color oscuro sin zona verde en el centroindica un nivel de electrolito correcto pero una carga baja: recargarla bateria; un color oscuro con zona verde en el centroindica un nivel de electrolito y un estado de carga correctos:no realizar intervencion alguna. Para mas detalles, consultar DESCRIPCIONESY FUNCIONAMIENTO -5530.768Realizar lo siguiente.Controlar la tension sin cargas de labateria usando el equipo de prueba recomendado por los Serviciosde Asistencia (por ej. 'MICRO 360'). Segun los valores de tension medidos,que determinan el estado de carga de la bateria, realizar lo siguiente.Con tension sin cargas inferior a 12.10V, sustituir la bateria (ver op. 5530B10).Con tension sin cargas superior a 12.10V, pero inferior a 12,50 V, recargar la bateria (ver op. 5530B14).Con tension sin cargas superior a 12.50V, la bateria esta bien.Si es necesario, rellenar con electrolitode la siguiente forma.Abrir los tapones con cuidado.Rellenar con agua destilada y deionizadaevitando verter el electrolito fuera.768
