DescriptionThe horns are operated by pressing the switch on the steering wheel.The horn circuit is protected by a special fuse and controlled by a specific relay located in the engine compartment junction unit.For safety reasons, the horns can be operated at any time (even with the key removed).
Functional description The horn P001 receives a direct battery supply from the relay T03 housed inside the engine compartment junction unit B001. The line is protected by fuse F10 also housed in the junction unit. Pressing the switch on the steering wheel supplies earth C020 connector B to the coil inside relay T03.The relay internal contact closes, providing the power supply to the horn.767 Earth C020 is fastened to the passenger compartment floor and is located near the right front wheel arch (footwell area).
